About Us

Our corporate headquarters is located in Atlanta, GA.

At Southern Health Management we’re focused on quality healthcare and excellent customer service.  We try to see things through the eyes of our patients and we are dedicated to customer service in a manner that is unique to the industry.  We focus on efficiency and serving our patients, not just our Doctors and staff.  In a perfect world, people wouldn’t need medications or physicians, but obviously we don’t live in a perfect world.  Unfortunately, we are faced with disease, mental disorders, injuries, etc. and unfortunately with liability exposure at an all time high, almost everyone in the medical industry from family practices to large hospitals are over treating and over testing to extremes never imagined and at extreme expense to match. We don’t use liability as an excuse to over treat and over test. This cost everyone from the individual being treated, tax payers, and insureds that rarely see a physician. This type of activity is counter productive, unethical, and we don’t participate in it.

Treatment is industry standard, cures are not, so while you’re stuck with a treatable condition, be it physical or psychological, it should never be looked at by anyone as the patients fault.  There’s never a reason to treat a patient in a rude or condescending manor. Many people in the medical industry seem to lose their patients and compassion when interacting with patients. We don’t condone that behavior at all.

We’re aware humans are susceptible to unwanted medical problems in their lives  and we will do the best we can to provide accurate treatment for our patients.  Social changes around us are creating an environment that seems to embrace unhealthy living.  Computers are making physical activities such as shopping and outdoor activities less common than ever.  When TV came around in the middle of the 19th century it was laughed at and called the boob tube.  Computers have changed the dynamics entirely.  Hundreds of television channels and unlimited computer entertainment, genetically modified foods that should never be given to anyone, all of these things are a disaster requiring Americans to need more medication than ever.

We strive to provide healthcare that betters the lives of our patients.  Small adjustments can have a huge impact on a person’s quality of life.  A good night’s sleep, the ability to focus and the ability to live and be happy.
